Picosecond laser principle:
Picosecond lasers use a very short pulse output mode, rather than thermal effects, through the principle of opto-mechanical shock waves, the pigment is "broken" by focusing the energy to a fine-grained size, which is more likely to be absorbed by the body's metabolism.
